e-Learning Content Developer – Radiotherapy Education

< Back to Job Search

As the e-Learning Content Developer for this specialist healthcare technology business, you’ll create digital learning materials that help students and professionals build their understanding of radiotherapy and medical physics. Working with subject specialists and colleagues across the business, you’ll shape both the content and how learners work through it.

  • You’ll turn a virtual reality simulation platform and the company’s subject-matter expertise into clear, engaging e-learning, including modules, practical exercises, assessments and supporting resources, supporting both independent study and teaching delivered by educators.
  • You’ll map content to relevant curricula and competency frameworks, and set the standards and review processes that keep materials accurate and consistent, including coordinating clinical, technical and educational input before publication.
  • You’ll own the content roadmap, identifying gaps and recommending what gets built or updated, and you’ll act as the education specialist in wider product discussions, helping shape how the platform develops.
  • You’ll work with universities, hospitals and other radiotherapy education customers to understand how the resources are used and improve them. Some onboarding, demonstrations and workshops will also form part of the role.
  • You’ll work on a hybrid basis where possible, with one to two days a week in the office for candidates within commuting distance of Leeds, York, Hull, Sheffield, Doncaster, Lincoln or similar. Remote working will be considered, and there will be occasional travel (UK and international) to customer sites and events.
