As a medical sales Account Manager, you’ll drive sales of medical devices including Patient Monitoring & Anaesthesia equipment into hospital Theatres & ICUs across the Midlands.

  • Drive medical sales of award-winning Patient Monitoring, Anaesthesia, Cardiology and Neonatal medical equipment into Critical Care, Operating Theatres, Cardiology and Perinatal departments to secure new and develop existing accounts.
  • As the medical sales lead, you own the complete sales process and inspire project teams to win and retain business by creating compelling value propositions to illustrate the significant improvements in workflow, clinical and financial performance that hospitals can realise.
  • Develop relationships with clinical, financial and technical stakeholders at all levels, while leading a team of Products Specialists who focus on the end users (Nurses & ODPs), including pre-sales demos and post-sales training.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven, consistent medical sales success when selling capital medical devices / equipment, ideally (but not essentially) anaesthesia, patient monitoring, cardiology, theatre or ICU related.
  • Solutions sales experience including strategic selling, negotiation and closing in a complex medical sales environment with multiple / senior healthcare stakeholders. Great business acumen and the focus, determination and drive to achieve targets.
  • Ideally based in or close to Birmingham, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, Stoke, Coventry, Northampton, Mansfield, Telford, Wolverhampton, Worcester, etc.

PACKAGE

  • Salary guide: £50-60,000 plus 50% OTE, company car and great benefits.
