As Strategic Account Manager you’ll drive medical sales of medical imaging equipment into hospitals across North East England for this global market leader.
- As the commercial lead for the region, you’ll drive medical sales of award-winning, advanced medical devices; MRI, CT and X-ray diagnostic imaging systems that deliver significant gains in patient diagnoses, clinical workflow and financial performance.
- Own the complete medical sales process and inspire project teams to win business / close deals. Identify and engage customer at all levels, primarily Clinical, Finance and Procurement Directors, to CXO level. Create compelling value propositions to energise customers and illustrate the significant improvements in patient outcomes and workflow.
- Lead / supported by a team of Clinical Sales Specialists who focus on the end users and provide equipment demos and customer training.
- Visiting customers across the compact North East region including Newcastle, Sunderland, Gateshead, Durham, Stockton on Tees, Middlesbrough, Darlington, Hartlepool, etc.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven, consistent success in leading complex medical sales projects with multiple / senior healthcare stakeholders during long sales cycles; understanding a hospitals’ strategy and aligning this to a product solution.
- Energy, enthusiasm, commercial acumen and determination to create and implement winning business plans, lead others and close sales to achieve outstanding results. A background in radiology or medical imaging medical sales is not essential.
PACKAGE
- Salary guide: up £65,000 + £30,000 OTE, company car and excellent benefits.
